As one of the only private home-based psychotherapists in SE Michigan, I provide therapy in the comfort of your own home, where children are typically most comfortable, and where therapy is often most successful. I also offer Telehealth and walk & talk therapy for maternal mental health services. The combination of fresh air and new perspective is often the perfect catalyst for uncovering insight and igniting change.

Private Pay Rates
Initial Clinical Assessment (First Appointment): $260
Individual or Family Therapy Session (50 Minutes): $160
Extended Therapy Session (75 Minutes): $190
School observation/consultation: $190/hour
Please note that payment is due at the time of service. Root to Rise accepts cash, credit, and HSA cards.
Appointment Policy
I understand that life happens. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice. All missed appointments or cancellations made without 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

Within 4 miles of Brighton: +$10/session
5 - 9 miles from Brighton: + $15/session
10 - 14 miles from Brighton: + $25/session
15 - 24 miles from Brighton: + $50/session
25 - 34 miles from Brighton: + $75/session

Sessions are 50 minutes. The first appointment however, may be longer as we explore your/ your child’s needs and current struggles. From there, we’ll create goals for the future to work towards in our weekly play and/or talk therapy sessions. I look forward to meeting you.
